The Consortium for Undergraduate Law and Justice Programs
The Consortium, formed in 2003, is an organization for colleges and universities that have interdisciplinary programs geared toward undergraduate education about law and justice in the United States and internationally. The CULJP supports and promotes Legal Studies programs, Law and Society programs, Criminal Justice and Criminology programs, programs in Law and Justice Studies, and other relevant programs. We are a clearinghouse for information about teaching in and administering these programs.

MeetingsBecoming a Member |
The Consortium's members meet annually, usually in conjunction with a relevant professional or scholarly meeting (such as the Law and Society Association's annual meeting). Our meetings involve serious discussion about teaching law and justice and about creating and administering undergraduate programs in this interdisciplinary field. We exchange ideas and questions ranging from nuts-and-bolts issues to big discussions about this emerging interdisciplinary field. We also organize conference panels on undergraduate pedagogy at professional meetings.
To join, click on the Membership link and follow the instructions. Or, if you are interested in learning more about having your institution join the Consortium, we encourage you to contact any of our officers.
